Is this right for a one-person groomer?
Absolutely. Most of the programme is designed for solo groomers and small salons.
You do not need a team to benefit - in fact, module 6 helps you decide if and when building one makes sense for you.
How much time do I need?
This is self-paced, so you work through it around your salon. Most lessons are short and practical - designed to fit into a busy grooming schedule, not add to it.
I am a mobile groomer - will this work for me?
Yes. The pricing, marketing, and client journey modules are just as relevant for mobile groomers. Some of the team-building content may apply further down the line, but everything else is relevant now.
