IS THIS YOU?Â
Pricing With Purpose is for you if…
You've never actually worked out your numbers
You know roughly what you charge, but not what a groom really costs you -Â product, time, overheads, your own life included.
You're fully booked but still short some months
Being busy and being profitable aren't the same thing. You want to know where the gap is before it becomes a real problem.
You want a price you can say with confidence
No more hesitating when a client asks 'why does it cost that much' -Â you want a number you know is right, because you did the maths.
BUILT BY A GROOMER - FOR GROOMERS
Meet Faye Evans
Founder of Grooming for Growth
I built Posh Pads Grooming from scratch at 23, with no formal business training. Over 13 years I turned it into a six-figure salon -Â and learned every expensive lesson along the way, including the hard way of finding out my prices were wrong.
Pricing With Purpose is the exact process I use -Â six videos, six tabs, filled in once, so you never have to guess your prices again.
WHAT IS INSIDE PRICING WITH PURPOSE?
Six videos. Six tabs.
One number you can trust.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERSÂ
Things you might be wondering
Do I need to do all six videos in order?
Yes - each tab builds on the last, right through to the final price calculator. It takes a bit of time to do properly, but you only do it once.
Is this right for a solo groomer, or do I need a team?
Both. If you're solo, you skip the team hours box and move straight on. If you've got staff, there's a section built specifically to spread costs across everyone earning for the business.
What do I need ready before I start?
Your bank statements (or your banking app open), a rough list of your outgoings, and your product list with what you paid for each item. If you're brand new and don't have statement history yet, Video 1 shows you how to build honest estimates instead.
Will this tell me exactly what to charge?
It gives you a recommended minimum for any breed, coat, and weight combination, built from your real numbers - not a generic industry average. You can adjust the base pricing table yourself if your local market runs differently.
