What made me join Grooming for Growth?
I've been grooming for 15 years and qualified as a vet nurse 11 years ago, but I wanted to grow my business and become more confident with the business side of things, while still keeping the flexibility to work around my family.

I joined Grooming for Growth feeling like I'd lost my identity in my own salon after coming back from maternity leave. Two under two was not in the plan!
Biggest win?
Biggest win is that I’m now posting myself (as much as I detest doing it) having Faye and the others to bounce ideas off and the all have your back!
Has my confidence changed?
My confidence has changed massively. I feel more in control of my own business I have to make some massive adjustments this year and Faye has been so supportive through all of those.
Favourite part?
Favourite part is knowing that as a girl gang you can help and learn from each other. We’re all juggling businesses and/or small humans in the mix too, it’s all possible for us! It can feel lonely running a business even if you have staff but G4G makes that so much easier.

Is this right for a one-person groomer?
Absolutely. Most of the programme is designed for solo groomers and small salons.
You do not need a team to benefit - in fact, module 6 helps you decide if and when building one makes sense for you.
How much time do I need?
This is self-paced, so you work through it around your salon. Most lessons are short and practical - designed to fit into a busy grooming schedule, not add to it.
I am a mobile groomer - will this work for me?
Yes. The pricing, marketing, and client journey modules are just as relevant for mobile groomers. Some of the team-building content may apply further down the line, but everything else is relevant now.
What if I am already doing okay?
